Where will my sessions take place?

For in person training sessions, they'll take place at a location of your convenience. Home, local park, apartment block gym. I travel to you, covering zones 1 - 6 in London. If you have decided to proceed with online sessions, they'll be done via zoom, skype, google meets

What are your working hours/ hours of availability?
​
8am - 9pm GMT Monday to Friday, 9am - 12pm GMT Saturday and Sunday.
Do I need to be of a particular level or fitness before starting?
​
No, beginners, intermediate and advanced levels are all welcome. Same with regards to meditation and breathwork, no matter what your experiences are you are welcome.

Do you coach more than one person at a time?
​
Yes, sessions can be shared by more than one person. I have experience in coaching couples, families and friends at the same time. This is at no extra price, the price stays the same and is split amongst the participants.
Can I book in an initial consultation with you for fitness sessions?
​
Absolutely. During this period we will discuss your fitness goals, my approach to fitness augmentation, your current lifestyle in regards to nutrition and I will take you through some tests for me to gauge your current fitness levels. This session is approximately 45 minutes long
How do I make payments?
​
Payments are made via bank transfer and are taken at the beginning of the individual session or the first session if you are proceeding with a package>
